We had the pleasure of welcoming the Lord Mayor (and grandfather to a child in senior infants!), Cllr. Dan Boyle, to school last Friday the 27th of September.
Cllr. Boyle brought seeds for us to plant and the message of preserving nature and biodiversity. Children asked great questions about how we can help to improve the environment, how we can reduce carbon emissions, especially on the roads, and about our Safe Routes to School project!
